The previous day, on August 24, the incident involving the State Security Service in the National Assembly was accompanied by the expulsion of journalists from the lobby of the parliament.

And on August 11, the journalists carrying out their professional activities in the press room of the National Assembly were forced to leave the area intended for them, as well as the online broadcasting of the sitting of the National Assembly was stopped.
The severe restrictions on the movement of media representatives in the parliament began in parallel with the start of the work of the National Assembly of the eighth convocation on August 2.
