On December 10, 2019, in front of 19 Baghramyan Street, three members of the "Will" initiative offered two women, Siranush Manucharyan and Lilit Ghazaryan, who were walking down the street, to join the petition against the ratification of the Istanbul Convention. S. Manucharyan և L. Ghazaryan refused, after which the 3 men uttered sexual insults to them, then approached them, hit, pulled, pushed S. Manucharyan.

On the same day S. Manucharyan submitted a report on the crime to the Arabkir police department. During the preparation of the materials, it turned out that those citizens were Taron Davtyan, Hovhannes Mirimyan, Yeghiazar Minasyan.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 118 of the RA Criminal Code (beatings and other violent acts).

The last trial was scheduled for May 2020, the confrontation between the victim and the "accused", after which, according to the investigator, the case was to be discussed with the prosecutor and sent for trial. The confrontation was periodically postponed, after which the investigator informed that the criminal case was terminated.
