The protection of personal data in the state of emergency was more important than before. However, it is always a topical issue in parallel with the development of technology and the information society.
Despite the importance and relevance of the topic, it is being violated now and more than before.
One of the latest examples is the publication of the names of the citizens who died due to the new coronavirus, the publication of the citizen's passport by Naira Zohrabyan, RA NA Deputy and Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Human Rights and Public Affairs.
During the webinar, the following were presented:

• Personal Information Security Issues in Armenia,
• The principle of the best interest and the subjects of its exploitation.
