SMM management and development of media and non-governmental organizations in social networks is very important for the popularization of their activities. Recently, due to the state of emergency, a crisis situation has started, during which the proper management of social networks is a necessity. Based on this need, the Public Journalism Club organized a webinar, during which the following were discussed:
