The constitutional referendum held on December the 6th was conducted with very rude violations. Together with its violations, large extent of stuffing, abuse of administrative resources the referendum cannot be considered legitimate and fulfilled. Members of the ''Citizen- Observer'' and civil society representatives, who had carried out an observation mission on the referendum day at about 520 polling stations spoke on the violations observed.

It’s already long time that no real and qualitative economic growth was recorded in Armenia. 3,1% indicator of economic activity for 2015 published by the National Statistical Service (NSS) does not seem reliable. However, even if the economic activity indicator were 7%, no significant positive development would be recorded within the general population, taking into account the social polarization, high level of monopolization in the economy and unequal distribution of revenues.

According to “Transparent International” anti-corruption organisation, the corruption perception index in Armenia did not change last year and there have been no clear reduction trends for 13 years in spite of different anti-corruption institutions and the corresponding strategy.
