From Home to Home Documentary Enhances the Dialogue between Armenians and Azerbaijanis

A group of students and lecturers studying the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict from Tartu University, Estonia, participated in the From Home to Home documentary screening at the Media Center. Director Seda Muradyan spoke on the film history and shooting back in 2008. The documentary tells the story of Azerbaijanis and Armenians caught up in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict that started in 1989. The inhabitants of two villages in Armenia and Azerbaijan decided to exchange their villages and countries before the actual war began, promising one another to look after the village graves.
