On April 20, at 5:00 pm, the Public Journalism Club will organize a webinar on Coronavirus - Reality and Perception. The possible consequences of the real danger of coronavirus, perception of danger, uncertainty and fears and panic from various sources will be discussed.

The speaker of the webinar is Varuzhan Melkonyan, the founder of "Ayg" Psychological Services Center.

The webinar will take place on April 20, at 17:00, with a duration of 1.5 hours, including the question and answer session.

The event is organized by the Public Journalism Foundation with the support of Open Society Foundations - Armenia.

Briefly about the speaker:
1976-1981 Student of the Faculty of Mathematics of Yerevan State University
1973-1976 Student of the School of Physics and Mathematics at the Yerevan State University
1966-1973 Pupil of an eight-year school in the village of Balkho, Akhalkalaki region
Since 2005 he has been the founding president of the Ayg Center for Psychological Services.
1996 -2005 In the penitentiary system of the Republic of Armenia he supervised the social-psychological works carried out with the imprisoned persons, coordinated the professional and psychological preparations for the selection of personnel and staff.
