According to the results of electronic monitoring of electoral numbers, 165 cases of “fictitious voters” were registered during Parliamentary Elections on April 2.
The monitoring was conducted by Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center about which Varujan Hoktanyan, Project Director of Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center, gave a press conference at Media Center on July 7.
“The number of voted and unvoted ballot papers should be equal to the number of voters in the polling station. The number of valid and invalid ballots in the ballot box should be equal to the number of signatures in the registers that the voter signs before voting. If they are different, it means they should be paid attention,” Hoktanyan said that during the monitoring, a number of inaccuracies were uncovered.
