“Optimization Process of Schools: Reform or Alarming Risks?”

A discussion entitled “Optimization Process of Schools: Reform or Alarming Risks?” was held at Media Center on June 2. 

Serob Khachatryan, Education Expert, was the speaker of the discussion. At the beginning of the discussion, the expert mentioned that he is nor against the optimization process and the point is not the optimization but the arrangement of it.

Serob Khachatryan thinks that the optimization should not be a result of a business way of thinking, it should have a social emphasize.  

“Optimization should be a part of a big plan. Only optimization is not efficient. The educational system should be observed and decided how to conduct optimization. We always make episodic reforms in Armenia,” Khachatryan said.
