Arman Navasardyan, the former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, stated it.

Due to him, the priority of the Armenia diplomacy should be to demonstrate that the Armenophobic policy has been ongoing since 1915 and it manifests in the Karabakh developments. “We need to understand that today's diplomacy is significantly different from the diplomacy of 1965 or 1990. Today's developments change the methods and it is necessary to move forward with new approaches.
