The press conference interview of Armen Ashotyan, Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia, entitled “Observations and Assessments about the Pre-Election Processes”, was held at Media Center on March 28.
Referring to the records of principals of 114 schools published by the “Union of Informed Citizens”, Armen Ashotyan made political and legal assessments.
“It is obvious in legal terms that various state bodies are engaged in the study of the recordings, starting from the Ministry of Education to the Prosecutor General's Office. So, let us realize that on the way of building a legal state a public assessment should be made only if there is a legal ground for it,” Ashotyan said.
