Violations of Conscripts' Rights Are Mainly Violations of the Medical Examination

45 cases of the rights violations during 2014 winter and 2015 summer conscriptions were reported to the HCA Vanadzor office which is twice more than the number of violations reported last year.

The speakers included Artur Sakunts, chairman of HCA Vanadzor office, Armine Sadikyan,‎ coordinator of Coordinator of HCA-Vanadzor Peace-building Department and medical expert Vardan Hambardzumyan.
