Discussion: “Developments in Ukraine: Implications and Impact”

Armenia manages to take a neutral stance on the Ukrainian issue between two geopolitical forces – Russia and the West, director of “Noravank” scientific-educational foundation Gagik Harutyunyan and chairman of “Modus Vivendi” centre Ara Papyan said.
